# Pollen3D
Pollen3D is a multi-images 3D reconstruction software.

## Dependencies
- Install cmake:
	https://cmake.org/download/

- Install libopencv:
	https://opencv.org/releases/

- Install Point Cloud Library (PCL):
	http://pointclouds.org/downloads/

- Install NLopt:
	https://nlopt.readthedocs.io/en/latest/NLopt_Installation/

## Compilation
Use cmake on the pollen3D folder to generate the binary.

## Usage
Execute the generated binary and give in arguments the paths to your images.

## usage exemple:
`./pollen3D /absolute/path/to/images/img_01.png /absolute/path/to/images/img_02.png /absolute/path/to/images/img_03.png`
`./pollen3D ./relative/path/to/images/img*.jpg`
You can use the sets of images in `dataset_exemples` for testing.
